I'm a huge devotee of the Duchess of Cambridge both as a Lady, a Royal, and undoubtedly a fashion icon for women around the world. I've been excitedly following her style choices as she settles into life in the Royal limelight.
Her recent visit to Canada was a huge success and we caught a glimpse of the public figure she is becoming; we can't help but make early comparisons to Lady Diana. She appears to have many characteristics of Lady Diana only making her closer to our hearts and winning us over. She is well spoken, has a winning smile, shows complete dedication to her husband Prince William similiar to the early scenes of Diana and Charles.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed a royal visit to Canada recently and was given a very warm welcome, she appears to make a sincere connection with whomever she comes into contact with on her royal visits, and is a picture of stylish elegance.
Having packed an array of dresses from London-based designers Erdem, Temperley and Jenny Packham for her first royal trip across Canada and North America in June, Kate seamlessly peppered high-street pieces from Whistles and LK Bennett into her tour wardrobe. On the final day of her first state visit, Catherine wore a navy and white crochet top and white pleat skirt, both from high-street store Whistles.
